Hello, Welcome to Fur Factor Persians, this is what you can expect when you adopt a Fur Factor Persian kitten:
With all our kittens we handle and love each kitten from the moment it is born, and then on until they go to their new home. We shower them with attention and love them everyday to ensure they will have a loving and sweet disposition. We will let you know what we think the kitten’s personality is like after about four to five weeks of age, sometimes earlier. Every kitten is unique and special in their own way. We can’t help but love them all. Our two children help ensure that our kittens are kid friendly, but they are always supervised when they are with them.
Persians are one of the most popular breed in America. Persians are not only beautiful but also have great personalities. Before placing a deposit, please be sure that a Persian Cat is the right breed for you. We think that they are the best breed in the world, but they do require a lot of care and grooming. If you don’t want to take the time to brush your kitty or keep its eyes clean this might not be the right breed for you.
We want to make sure you are serious about getting a kitten from us and that is why we require a non refundable deposit of $100.00 for pet kittens, and a $200.00 deposit for a Breeder/Show Kitten in order to hold them. No money will be refunded for any reason. We as the breeders always have first option on all our litters. If you need help picking a kitten, or if you are not able to come and see the kittens in person, We will be glad to help. We are with them daily and will know what their personalities are like. We will do everything we can in helping you find the one that will best fit your family. Once your pick has been made your decision is final the kitten will be yours. If you decide that you do not want that kitten later your deposit is voided.
If you want to be put on our announcement list, please let us know. Once a litter is born we will send out a birth announcement. It will let you know how many kittens were born, colors, and sex.
We cannot guarantee availability of any kitten without a deposit. You will have seven days to send a deposit, during that time we will mark the kitten pending. If after seven days we do not receive a deposit, the kitten will become available again.
Once we have received the deposit for your kitten, we will post that your kitten is not available with your name or your family’s name.
There may be some places and time of the year that we cannot ship a kitten due to weather and locations. If you are picking up your kitten you must pick it up within a week of when it is ready to go to its new home. Most of our kittens are ready to go to their new homes at 10 weeks of age. As the breeders we reserve the right to hold any kitten as long as we need to, if we feel it is not ready to leave us and go to its new home. If your kitten is not picked up after one week of the date we feel it is ready. We will charge an additional $50.00 a week for up to two weeks for food and additional care. If after two weeks you still have not picked up your kitten, we will place the kitten in a new home and your deposit will be voided. No exceptions, so please plan to pick up your kitten when it is time.
When shipping a kitten, Payment plus shipping must be received before the kitten is eight weeks of age. If payment is not received by 10 weeks of age the deposit will be voided and will not apply to another kitten. When picking up your kitten the balance due in cash, no exceptions. We will accept personal checks, PayPal deposits, and Credit Card payments received two weeks prior to the pick up date. Please Note: If using PayPal or paying by Credit Card please add 3.5% to the total purchase price of your kitten, to cover PayPal or Pro Pay Credit Card service charges for this convenience.
Our prices are as follows: pet price is $450.00 and up, after 12 weeks of age if there is a kitten that has not been adopted, we occasionally will reduce the price. Our Breeder/Show kittens start at $950.00 and go up. Prices are based on the pedigree lines and quality of kitten.

Your new kitten will have two of its three vaccines. The new owners will be responsible for the third vaccine at 13 weeks of age. Your kitten will come with a full Health Record, bathed, nails clipped, de-wormed, and looking it best. We will provide business cards of our two veterinarians’ that know us and our cats. You will receive information papers on how to care for your new kitten. You will get the official Cat Fanciers Association (CFA) registration paperwork after proof of spay or neutering is presented to us. With you new Fur Factor kitten you will receive some items to make your kitten feel at home while it is settling in, like a fleece baby blanket (when available), one or two cat toys, food samples and other goodies.
We love to receive pictures and updates of our kittens after you have taken them home, and we like to post them on our Brag Page. Remember we had the kittens first and we feel that they are a part of our family too. Anything you share with us we are grateful for and it is appreciated. When you get a kitten from us you are also getting our years of experience, and it is never a bother to ask us questions about one of our kitties.
